I had a dream last nite. One that was a little strange. I was at a theme park with my sister. I was supposed to go to work after that. (Strange no? Going to the theme park before starting work?:P) And there was this thrill ride. Sorta like a rollercoaster but in water. The rollercoaster was in a shape of a dragon. As I looked at it I suddenly realised that the rollercoaster was alive! The dragon was real but 'tame'. People on the ride came back without a scratch, so I decided to join in as well.After the ride ended, (which wasn't at all scary) I went looking for the ladies, but couldn't find an available one. On the way back, I bumped into my grandmother. My 'Ammumma' who passed away 8 years ago! I asked her how come she was there, and her answer was 'simply' (in Malayalam, my mothertongue). Then she held my hands for a few seconds...I felt comforted and supported. And then I woke up!
Being the big 'dreamer' that I am, I just had to find out what the dream could possibly mean. There were two aspects of the dream that could be interesting - the dragon and Ammumma. According to some sources on the net:

This large, mystical creature may represent large and mystical forces inside of you. As far as dream symbols go, the dragon may represent the enormous power in your unconscious. It could symbolize repressed unconscious material, including fear. However, the dragon in our dreams is generally a positive symbol. So basically the dream means I'll have to be strong and do what I have to do to get ahead and realize my dreams... and that I've got Granny's blessings too. I can live with that. Not that there's any need to take it too seriously...dreams can be just dreams too.

Sabby-Firstly: A Dragon tattoo sounds like a good idea. Always wanted one (just too chicken to get one) How painful would it be? :P

Oh it's not painful la babe. Like a long ant bite, that's all. Depends also on where u get it...if on your back, minimal pain.
